Depending on your prize package: Starter ($275) expects around 50 designs, Standard ($475) expects 50-100, Plus+ ($675) and Epic ($875) both expect 100+ designs from increasingly top-tier designers.
You will receive industry-standard vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) as well as high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG) suitable for print, web, and any other use case. Your designer will also provide a proof sheet listing fonts, colors, and usage notes.
Yes. When you select your winning designer, a full copyright transfer is included. You own 100% of your new logo with no ongoing royalties or licensing fees.
If your contest does not receive at least 30 unique logo designs, we will refund your entire payment. No questions asked.
Contests run for 7 days total: 4 days for blind submissions, then you select finalists, followed by a selection period where you choose your winner. You can also request an extension from your dashboard if you need more time.
Yes. Once a designer submits an entry, you can open a private message thread with them directly from your dashboard or from the contest page. Designers use your feedback to refine their work.
You can leave detailed feedback and ratings throughout the contest to guide designers. If you still do not find a design you love and the contest received fewer than 30 entries, the money-back guarantee applies.
Yes. The Private Contest upgrade hides all submitted entries from the public, so only you and the competing designers can see the work until a winner is announced.

For Designers
Register for a free account and select the Designer role. Your account will be reviewed by our team. Once approved, you can browse open contests and start submitting entries immediately.
When a client selects your entry as the winner, a payout record is created automatically. Once you upload your source files, the admin is notified and will send payment via your preferred method (PayPal or bank transfer). You will receive a confirmation email once paid.
Currently payouts are sent manually via PayPal or bank transfer. Make sure your payout details are up to date in your designer profile. Automatic payouts via Stripe Connect are on the roadmap.
Yes, you can submit entries to as many open contests as you like simultaneously.
Submit a high-quality PNG or JPG preview image for your entry. If you win, you will be asked to upload your full source files (AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, etc.) via the delivery page.
Clients can rate each entry from 1 to 5 stars. Your average rating is displayed on your public profile and influences your visibility in designer listings.
Billing & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Your card is charged at the time you launch your contest. There are no hidden fees or recurring charges.
If your contest receives fewer than 30 unique entries, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests for other reasons are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at the link below to start a refund request.
The contest price includes a platform listing fee and the designer prize. Optional upgrades (Featured placement, Private contest) are charged at checkout. There are no surprise fees after that.
